Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return Fee: INR 100/-
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email us at hello@uforyou.in with your order details and reason for the return.
- Email Subject Line: Return_order no.
- Please do share 4 product images for us to check the product condition.
- Once your return request is received, we will arrange for pickup of the product within 3-4 working days.
- Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging with all the tags intact.
Quality Check:
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will perform a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- The gift card for the refund will be issued after the product passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be provided in the form of a gift card, after deducting the return fee, for the order amount. This gift card can be used for future purchases at 'u for you'.
