Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹1999 

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Issues

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@uforyou.in with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
  • If your package is lost, please contact us at hello@uforyou.in with your order number. We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and work towards a resolution.

8. Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at hello@uforyou.in as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we won't be able to change the shipping address.
