    • Once your return request is received, we will arrange for pickup of the product within 3-4 working days.
    • Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Quality Check:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will perform a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria.
    • The gift card for the refund will be issued after the product passes our quality check.

  4. Refund:

    • Refunds will be provided in the form of a gift card for use on future purchases at 'u for you.'
